I've let myself go and work and working on my Masters Degree have taken over my life. I've gained a bunch of weight due to being lazy and eating lots of crap and not exercising. I know what to do and how to do it, but I haven't been ready to get off my ass and make it happen. I'm NOT doing a fad diet or supporting anorexia/bulemia. That's not healthy. How am I doing it? I'm putting in the work!
